I LOVE (probably even a little bit too much) being at home, and after clicking into this blog entry, I'm going to assume you do too. So now that we are on the same page, let me just start by saying that having the blessing of a home is such a gift. It is a gift that should be cherished, and celebrated. So how does that look exactly? Well if you ask me, this celebration can take on many disguises.

Morning cuddles that last their way into the, well, not so morning hours, is my personal favorite kind of celebration.

Therapy sessions taking the form of freshly brewed cups of magic next to a great book.

Gathering with our loved ones for soirée’s lasting late into the moonlight.

We are all aware of the many “regular” daily happenings which are just as much a part of our home life as well.

And like in all things, to create and maintain the beautiful balance of our lives, we need both.  

Our homes should be carefully curated in ways that bring us joy, good vibes, and inspiration. We should be filling our spaces with positive subliminal messages that discreetly sink their way into our subconscious, and make us smile for no reason. 

How does this look exactly? 

Plants! Lots and lots of plants. From improved air quality to pure aesthetic gain, plants got us covered.

Also, interesting artwork should show up on our walls, as well as our floors, beds, plates, cups, and basically wherever else you can sneak it in. (And we have handmade, unique, inspired artwork in mind… sorry IKEA)

So all in all, our home is where we can laugh, cry, shout, AND sing as loud as our hearts desire, and where we can feel safe to be our most authentic, naked, and unguarded selves.
